Skin is the important part of the
human body. Skin is directly responsible to interacts with the environment. A
damaged skin is a source of trouble and discomfort. Hence, it becomes necessary
to take good care of our skin. Skin also acts as the first line of defense in
our bodies against – germs, bacteria, viruses, pathogens etc. If our skin is
damaged or punctured, then these pathogens gain an easy entry into our body.
Once inside, pathogens create havoc. Therefore it is important to maintain
clean skin.
The simple way to clean the skin is
as following:-
Mix 6 tablespoons of oatmeal with 2
teaspoons of sea salt.
Dilute with 2 Tablespoons of coffee
milk.
Rub and rinse your body.
The salt is a great exfoliant.
It removes the impurities embedded
in the epidermis.However, avoid areas that are too
sensitive.
